Dos to Combat the Luteal Phase
Yoga and Meditation
Gentle, restorative yoga practices and meditation can help soothe the mind and body. These activities support stress management, which is essential during this phase when progesterone interacts with your brain chemistry, potentially heightening emotional responses.Nutrient-Dense Foods
- Fatty Fish: Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which help reduce inflammation and support mood stability.
- Dark Leafy Greens: Provide magnesium, calcium, and iron, essential for balancing mood and reducing cramps.
